Refine after document signing procedures
My concern is that there is little follow up from the company after the signing is complete. For example, no payment confirmation email. So if you don’t receive payment in a few days, you personally have to follow up because the company hasn’t. Also, I’ve been asking for the signed paperwork, for my records. You would think provisions would be made to provide the signed copies immediately. I’m currently still awaiting the documents on one of my properties. It seems that that customer service department, post the notary phase, could use more attention. It makes me uncomfortable that I have had to ask multiple times for a copy of a legally binding contractual agreement that I signed. It makes the process and intent of the company feel “off” and as if the best interest of the signee is not a consideration of the company. There isn’t a polished closing of the loop…which leave a big uncomfortable question mark for those needing to address thing after the you sign.

Here’s an update to a review I wrote earlier…. Unlike many experiences whereas I felt disappointed about a product or wasn’t able to successfully cancel or contact anyone to rectify my situation, I was contacted by trustpilot regarding my personal experience and within three days an associate turned the entire situation around to the point where I would recommend this offer to everyone looking for a good real estate experience
