We are using Sellozo only for a short time, but so far I can tell, that the service ist extremely helpful and polite. You get onboarded smoothly and you get help as soon as you need it. The tool itself is immensely helpful for bulk changes and deep analyses. Once you worked yourself into it, sellozo is a really helpful tool.

I've been using their service for longer than 2 years now and they continue to improve their services to cater to the needs of ever-so-changing market of Amazon. This guy named Chris Ford have been awesome help to me as he has spent time to explain some of the new powerful features that Sellozo offers, which I did not know about! In the past I have worked with larger, more expensive agencies to develop and execute our Amazon Advertising strategy but Sellozo has given us more attention and expertise for a much more reasonable fee. Chris Ford, our account manager, is an all-star and Grayson before him was excellent as well. Sellozo is very transparent about how they operate and their reporting tool is very comprehensive. Mostly, though, I feel they care about our business - they want to learn it and they are good listeners, but they also bring fresh ideas. In the end it's about return on spend, and Sellozo delivers. I have worked with several similar companies and this is my best experience by far.
