The Don, Hiding behind an illegitimate review with a pseudonym appears rather insidious, especially considering that we could only ascertain your identity by requesting it from Trustpilot. If you are confident in the legitimacy of your review, it would be reasonable to associate a name with it. Furthermore, considering your pattern of leaving 1-star reviews for multiple businesses, it seems that we are not the sole target of your threats and extortions. As previously communicated, this transaction occurred in April 2023, and you confirmed in writing that you received the Aeroplan miles, utilizing a substantial portion of them. For any account-related concerns, such as booking tickets or account audits, we strongly recommend reaching out to the airline directly, in this case, Aeroplan. Hi Manami, Thank you for giving us feedback. Unfortunately, we couldn't buy your miles as it was flagged by the verification team. As much as the customer service team tried to get it approved by submitting your ID, the verification team was still unable to verify that you are the account holder. We take extra security measures before purchasing an account to insure the account is not compromised in any way, so sellers can be comfortable knowing that the security of their accounts are our highest priority. An account that doesn’t pass verification will not be approved as we are here to protect the account and the account holder of these miles. We only accept evidence of accounts that pass initial verification but fail to pass the second level of verification. Although we would love to help you, the safety of your account is our priority.
