Had a wonderful experience with this company! I had never sold any miles before so I was hesitant at first. Ana the account manager was very helpful and kept me informed during the entire process. Made for a very easy transaction. Hope to use them again!

Great communication...
Great communication...few companies really over-communicate steps/expectations, but they did. Their emails were perfect for keeping me engaged in the process of selling my miles. I received a paper-check to print and had no problems depositing it within 36 hours of them transferring miles out.
