We have seen a report online that a new website has been set up by the owner called https://buybackgadget.com/ that is also now gaining bad reviews. Dear Tasha, Thank you for your review and your email regarding the issues you have experienced with BongBongTec. As stated in my email to you, we no longer partner with this buyer and users of our website haven't been able to sell to them since we removed them from our pricing tables on the 25th November, so you must have sold to them directly on the 4th December. As stated in my original reply, you didn't go through our website SellMyCellPhones.com to sell your phone to WeBuyMobile.com so we were not involved in the transaction at any stage and had no record of any of your details because of this. I can see from the info you've supplied that your orders were genuine. I just want to reassure you that we have partnered with WeBuyMobile for 9 years and they are not a scam. Different buyers have different grading levels in regards to assessing phones and should they find discrepancies, many will offer a counter offer. Particularly if you have stated that the phone looks and functions as brand new when it has had moderate use. This isn’t a regular occurrence in our experience, but at that point, you don't have to accept the offer and can request your devices back to sell elsewhere should you wish to. At SellMyCellPhones.com we compare lots of different buyers so should you be looking to sell in future, I hope you consider us as we are able to follow up on orders that come directly through our website for our customers.
