I've had an amazing experience with them so far. The team is very professional and quick to help in any case. I was hesitant while sending my ID for verification (you just need to show your Name and Place Of Birth). I recently had a bad working product from their site and I asked them for a refund. They were quick to find a solution and also sent me a refund after some investigation. Highly Recommended. Its not a scam(which I thought it was at first) but its a LEGIT BUSINESS with awesome support. Kudos to the team!

It's a scam
I made a purchase so I was expecting to get the source code, instead, they sent me an email asking for my ID card...I gave it to them even tho I found that to be weird and kinda scammy (especially since they don't tell you you'll need to give us your ID, before you buy)...then 3 hours later I got an email saying that I got rejected lol...
Now they have my ID card, and my debit card saved on their website (and there is no option to remove it)

We are sorry to hear about your experience. In general, you do not need to verify your account if you are not interested in doing so, and the payment is always refunded in such cases.
Digital goods are prone to fraudulent payments. If a fraud payment is made, the perpetrator can get instant access to the download and loses the protection we provide them with. Most people appreciate this security level, which is why SellMyApp is, for certain, one of the most fraud-secured platforms by today. And we worked very hard to make sure our community, both sellers and buyers, are protected.
Just so you know, all identifying documents are deleted after verification, and no buyer is obliged to verify and is always refunded if that's the case.
We have a 3rd party security system that flags activities. Unfortunately, we cannot provide further information.

I do purchase many assets/unity sources from SellMyApp, I would say they are the best, I never had any problem with all the sources which are uploaded here, every one of them is perfect and the customer support here is awesome, I had an issue with a source code that I purchased as the developer of that source was not cooperating to help out in the errors and problems with his code, I shared all this with customer support and they gave me the complete refund on that. Fantastic I would say, love the support.

The Sell My App reskinning team was phenomenal! They were very response, detailed and communicative from before I even bought their service. I hat lots of questions and hesitations before I bought but they answered all of them in a prompt and informative manner. After I bought the service, they had assigned me to a Project manager that was in constant communication in regards to updates about the apps progress. I was part of a skype messaging chain that I hoped would lead to a video meeting so there was no communication error but this team was so open to any additional revisions I requested was gladly accepted and delivered! Overall I would recommend them to ever one I know!
