First, I'd like to clarify that we haven't received any recent communication from you through our support channels. We take care of our customers and always strive to respond to inquiries in a timely manner. It's possible that your message might not have reached us, or perhaps you've confused us with another website. We often get requests for support from buyers that purchased the code on a fraudulent website. To help us investigate your case, we'd need your order number, which wasn't provided in your review. Without this information, we're unable to locate your specific purchase in our system. If you did indeed purchase an app from SellMyApp, please reply to this message with your order number or contact us by replying to your order email, or posting a comment on your order or the listing. We have many ways you can reach out. If you're unable to find your order number or don't recall purchasing from SellMyApp, it's possible you may have bought the app from a different website. In that case, I'd recommend checking your email for the original purchase confirmation to ensure you're contacting the correct vendor. We're committed to ensuring all our customers have a positive experience. Please provide us with the necessary information, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues you're facing.

Thank you for your honest review and for being part of our community for the past five years. We appreciate your feedback and understand the challenges you've faced. I'm excited to share that we are modernizing and relaunching our website this year to improve design and user experience. 🚀 Additionally, we're cutting our commission rates to become the most competitive in the industry. We believe these changes will make our platform more profitable and attractive for all developers. Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your experience. We value your input and are dedicated to enhancing our platform for everyone.

Unfortunately this review and the most recent 1-star reviews are all from the same person. They are upset that we have identified their malicious behavior on our marketplace and have banned them to protect the integrity of SellMyApp.com. Trustpilot refuses to remove the reviews. They go by the name of Yasir, Archira, Rashmi and Geby.

Dear Trustpilot Community, We regret to see the recent 1-star review and would like to provide clarity on the situation. At SellMyApp, we uphold a strict policy against fraudulent activities and copyright infringement. We recently identified a violation of these policies wherein a vendor used stolen credit card information to purchase their own listing that contained copyrighted material. Upon detection, we immediately took corrective action by refunding the fraudulent payment and suspending the involved user's account. It appears this individual has since been posting multiple negative reviews under various accounts. We have brought this issue to the attention of Trustpilot and are actively contesting these reviews. We stand by our commitment to maintain a safe, fair, and reliable platform for all our users. We take all necessary measures to ensure that our policies are adhered to, and any breaches are dealt with promptly and effectively. We sincerely appreciate the understanding and support of our community as we navigate this situation.
