It's impossible to get them to respond to emails. I gave me credit card information over for a free 26 day trial, but could not access the site. Despite a string of emails, I did not receive a response. I may need to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged for something I have yet to receive.

Hey Michael, On the webinar your attended there was a 60 day free trail for Seller Underground then afterwards you would be charged on a monthly basis. We do outline that in our presentations and on the sign up page. We have a cancelation button on our website as well if you didn't want to continue after the trial. And if you were charged and didn't want to continue simply email our team and we'll take care of refunding you. WARNING!! They offer you to try their service on free trial, but there is no way to cancel it so they start billing your credit card every month until you have no other options that going to the police. Stay away!! UPDATE: they replied today asking to write them, I will do it now and I will update again in any case. They should be explain to the public why they don't give to the people the chance to manage their subscriptions like any other reputable company, why there is not any mention how to contact customer care on their website and why on the home page" Terms and Conditions" has not any link, isn't that a legal requirement?

We have a cancel-anytime policy because we don’t want anyone to be committed to staying if they don’t believe they are receiving more value than what they are paying for. Our team has looked through our support desk and member directory and couldn’t currently find an account under you. We had also checked for a transaction on June 11th since that was cited as the Date of the experience and couldn’t seem to find anything there either. Be Leary of their $$ back guarantee AND cancelation policy! Just another group seeking to ding a credit card religiously month in and month out. Zero support when comes to cancellations. Updated 07/05/2024 AND you just ran the credit card again! I guess fraud charges through the bank is the only route to get you to respond!

Hey LC, sorry to hear that you are having a negative experience currently. We don't have a money-back guarantee for our membership since you are able to cancel at any point in time. We keep the cancelation policy that if you cancel your account it's canceled forever because we don't want people joining and leaving multiple times to take advantage of discounts and bonuses that are only for our members. By having this cancelation policy it also helps us build a closer-knit community. I was reluctant to join SU since I'm already paying over $20K per year total for all the other groups, masterminds, and courses I'm involved in. After just the first 3 days in the group, I'm finding all the same tactics and even better than I'm getting in my high dollar masterminds. I'm cancelling all my other paid groups and running with Seller Underground becuase it actually makes the other groups useless. I'm essentially getting more and better information for $150/month that I was getting with all my other groups combined. I'm truly blown away at the amount of value for the money! Being a part of this membership and group of sellers has been great so far. WhatsApp group is active and responsive. It’s opening my eyes to a lot things I didn’t know. Founders always chip in and offer top tier advice and resources. There is also access to a strategies vault full of training videos curated from the experience of the Seller Underground founders. They continue to add value above and beyond. I’ve been a member for only a couple months now, as a newbie seller, having an exceptional experience.

Great service connecting Amazon sellers with a network of people actually doing it so you never get stuck. Questions are answered pretty quick in the WhatsApp channel. It’s great to be able to drop a difficult question and get it answered. I don’t get on social media and this is more personal. The strategy videos are awesome. I’ve been in a few groups but this one has been the most valuable and actionable.
