Paid off two loans in 2024 and did not take additional loans with them since. UCC filing still exists to this day. Company won't remove it.

This company does not seem to be in business anymore- I have been trying to call, chat, and email for weeks with no response. Their application is also broken. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a B2B.

today is 4/8 and i filled out the online 2 weeks ago for the Amazon working capital, still shows "under review". I call them asking them kindly a status and they said the manager on my account will have an answer today, then 4 days go by with nothing. I call them again and he manager is not available but hell update me today or tomorrow.... What ????

Avoid This Company at All Costs! If you’re considering funding through this company, don’t do it—you’re setting yourself up for a financial nightmare. repayment structure feels designed to bleed you dry. They prey on small businesses with promises of quick funding, but the reality is far from it. Their customer service is dismissive once you sign, and they don’t care about your financial health—only their profit. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company is a financial death sentence for anyone who signs on the dotted line.

This company is basically useless I'm not sure how they got connected with Amazon or you can access their services from within the Amazon software. They require endless amount of paperwork and they will offer you $1000 as a working capital. I thought first it was a joke but then I realized that the joke was on me. Don't waste your time.

On October 14th I was offered funding from Amazon through them. It is now November 30th and I haven’t seen a dime. I originally had a personal bank account connected which I then switched to my business account and they told me to “lock it” which is done by default when you accept a loan. I deleted the old bank account so there was no other option for funding to go to. They then said their "technology team cant verify the bank account" even after I sent them screenshots of it and that they are waiting to hear back from Amazon. Amazon's seller support team is piss poor and have given them 3 weeks since them. I warned them and said it's now or never last week. I've been waiting over a month and a half for this funding to buy inventory to grow my business so I can have access to cheaper capital than go to a predatory private lender where they all want 30-40% interest on your first loan with them. I told them I will leave a very honest review due to their gross incompetence. My account manager has been useless and never responds to my emails and should be fired. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Hopefully this review will give them the reality check they need. Amazon should stop doing business with them and find a competent lender
