If you're a seller
If you're a seller, be careful now. Customer returns are authorized by Amazon, meaning they issue a return sticker. If the package gets lost, they don't care. They refund the customer's money, and you can do whatever you want. You can't file a missing package claim because you're not the person who sent it. Amazon, in short, doesn't care. They close the case and don't allow any further appeals. So, it's a loss anyway, at least 3-4 times a month. For example, the package was scanned in the store where the customer left it, but it never left the store. No courier scanned it again, so what did the store steal? Well, I guess so. Besides, they tell you it was delivered to me, but the package number says otherwise, so they don't even check it. I hope Amazon goes bankrupt one day and someone is held accountable for such things! In short, thieves!
