AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. non existent customer service, no help available, nobody to talk to, have to rely on their 'seller support' function, which raises cases - but be prepared to receive automated responses, nobody able to help with any issues and then to try and close the account down was/still is the hardest task in the world. If it wasn't for the fact it had the 'Amazon' name tag I would think this company was a fraudulent scam! Do not try and get help from 'normal' amazon where you can actually speak to helpful people, they cannot help, they are separate companies. Worst experience as a small business I have EVER encountered. Disgusting service.

I opened a seller account more than a year ago. However, I had not used any of their services as I had decided not to proceed with the business, leaving an idle account. Last month, on 18 July 2023, without any prior notice, they suddenly subscribed the professional selling service for me and charged my credit card about USD40 without my consent. I requested a refund but they kept beating around the bush. After going through all the hassle of reactivating the account , performing video verification, and opening support tickets, they said I had not been charged any money. I sent them screenshots of my bank account, which clearly showed the matching amount and date, and referenced 'Amazon Seller'. They said they would check this and that with their team but in the end their conclusion was that I wasn't charged any money. This process would repeat itself again and again. In the span of about two months, we exchanged dozens of messages every week. What a waste of time. It has become clear to me that I can never get the money back. So this is going to be my last message to them: ATTN. Mr. Jeff Bezos, please fire your entire team working for Amazon Seller. They are a horrible gang of ROBBERS. PERIOD

Hello, I had a very bad experience with Amazon trying to verify my identity. I made an appointment two weeks ago to verify my identity because they suspended my account under the pretext of verification, even though they had done it twice before for two different people. Then I waited impatiently for more than two weeks, then the scheduled date came on July 27 2023 at exactly 4 a.m. and I have been technically restored, and I made sure that my computer is working well, and I followed the procedure of providing the internet and also the original documents with proof of residence, then I received an email with the meeting number, then I entered before the appointment to check the sound and the camera, then I waited until I came at 4 a.m. and entered the meeting until I discovered that the person who should meet with me did not want to send me messages in the chat for the meeting, then repeated the exit and entry between the hours of 04 am until the fifth am, and unfortunately there was no response, in the email sent from Amazon there is an email dedicated to help, and I sent them a screenshot that no one wants on The chat is for the sake of that they provide assistance as they said, but it did not respond, then the following I received an email from them saying: Dear Seller, We were unable to complete the verification of your virtual identity because you missed our video call appointment on July 27, 2023, at 4:00 AM PST. Please follow the instructions below and reschedule your appointment to complete the verification process. 2. Select the new date and time field. 3. Click Submit. We will send you a confirmation email two days before your interview. We are here to help If you have questions about this policy or the information requested above, please contact Thank you. Merchant Credit Team Amazon.com I did not send them once, but I sent him the person who should be interviewed, and that person did not respond Therefore, the matter will not pass, so I will publish my experience for you so that you work with those who deal with their customers, and thank you

If you're a seller stay away! I had an awful experience with them and ended up losing $1600 of my hard earned money trying to sell on Amazon! Don't be fooled by the name as Amazon is only good for buyers, if you're a seller you'll experience things that you never expected like being scammed! Yes I'm not joking Amazon would scam you if you're a seller. Let me explain more! If you're using their fulfillment centers there's a high chance you loose a lot of your products. Why because some of the workers there have Amazon selling accounts like Amazon warehouse Wich is a selling account on Amazon and they steal from new seller's inventory and put it in their account. To be short it's a whole nightmare! Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off.

One star is too much for this company. I run a small business and sell online mostly through eBay. More that half of the items I posted out have either been lost by Evri (equally as useless) or the customer opens up a return and they never post it back. I sell on EBay and less they 1 in 100 customers return items, and when they do I get them back I can resell them. I request my account be closed and never want to buy or sell anything on their platform.

A big company that drains the world of money without telling them, I recently opened an amazon seller account, they stole money from me for verification 2 times money that did not come back, then 30 pounds I closed my account realized that there is no point in collaborating with them, I was not informed of the amount, although I had read that it is 0.75£ for the sale of an item, and 30 for sellers who probably sell a lot, they deducted 30 without asking, I am trying to contact them but you don't have an email, it tells you on the appi seller's website, they answer that they want more details and nothing concrete, I don't answer your request, I haven't been able to return my money

Seller Central is a scam IMHO. They create problems, pretend it's our fault, and then pretend to offer "Help"...such a joke! I've been with them for over six years, and have seen every trick in the book. Their biggest farce is ridiculous and confusing "canned" email replies. There's no end to them if you fall for their "Help" scams. One of their worst offenses is overcharging for clicks far beyond bids. And/or charging for hundreds of clicks which produce no sales. I know exactly what my average "Conversion Rates" of Clicks per sale are for each book. Thus, even clicks charged at default bid levels are bogus. Whatever you do, DO NOT, contact Seller Central in any way regarding this review. I've heard more than enough of their B.S.. Thanks for posting my review.... You presented an option of submitting my review, or information therein, to Seller Central. Why would anyone in their right mind, having dealt with Seller Central, release such information? Thus offering themself as another victim of an ongoing charade. I'm hoping this site is more than just a forum for folks to vent their frustration. Does it offer any suggestions of legal recourse? If so, has any such recourse been effective? Seller Central has been hit with tons of lawsuits, for good reason. Class-action lawsuits are common, offered by both the BBB and FTC. Anyone here have any luck there? Anyone here having an attorney on retainer had any success? Thanks again. Hope I can find some meaningful answers here.
