Set up a sellers account with Amazon full of excitement. Wish I never bothered! I set up as an “individual” seller, Amazon had other plans and created a “professional” account for me & proceeded to take £30.00 out of my bank account for this privilege. You can’t contact anyone in “sellers support” as it’s all bots. I’ve phoned the normal Amazon customer help number to try & get MY money back, to be told they can’t help me as they don’t deal with the sellers side of Amazon. You’ve literally robbed £30.00 out of my bank Amazon for NOTHING! I haven’t used any of your “services” as the whole time my accounts been in “deactivated” mode as you make it impossible to set up an account. I’ve closed my account down. I would like someone from Amazon to contact me about refunding me my £30.00.

Worst experience selling on Amazon. They make it so hard to list a product, or make changes to an existing product. It’s like they are trying to stop you selling items! Then when you contact support they can’t help you because they don’t even know what they are doing. Selling on eBay is so much easier and Amazon must be missing out on £millions through such a poor complicated selling platform.

I wish I had not bothered with amazon. I spent a lot of money setting up a brand name. Using their platform is a total NIGHTMARE. The support is run by robots who don't answer specific questions. Instead they copy and paste stereotype answers by listing help pages that DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

I accidentally signed up for the commercial deal only to realize the private one is better for me. At CS they told me the only way to downgrade was to finish sign up, pay the 40 bucks, downgrade and then ask for a refund. I wasn't feeling it but I did anyway. While going through the absurd signing up process at some point, not only it asks for very personal things like a copy of the bank account, it also asks to take a picture from the device used. That its self it's creepy. Thing is, I do not have a camera on my device to take this picture, it's an old computer and I am just fine with that. I so switched to my cell phone and logged in from my cell phone, to try to finish the process but the page won't download, I get a blank page. Anything else download but not that page. Now I cannot finish the process. The CS said they did not charge my money, I hope so, and these people have my personal info is unsettling, I keep on getting useless, worthless answers that will not solve my issue. I have been wasting hours and hours trying to solve the issue keep on sending them emails, giving them thumbs down to the "how did we do" thing. I tried chatting but they say they will have a team contacting you right the way, but I keep getting the useless CS emails hours later that brings me to the same ol page that asks me to take a picture from my device but I do not have a camera. Finally after a bilion emails Iget a semi-productive email. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR USE ANY OTHER PORTAL TO SELL YOUR STUFF BUT NOT THIS ONE. I really did not need this right now. I was happy getting my things going and these evil corporation ruined it for me on top of everything, I am a person with health issues and this type of stress doesn't help and I cannot seems to solve the issue and even if I will I am truly unsure at this point I want anything to do with this company, why? For selling on amazon sounds professional or cool? That are better portals out there that deserve more popularity than this BS.

I stopped selling on Amazon. As a customer, I love Amazon. But the downside of this is that they treat their sellers like s***. I probably sent more than 100 emails to the seller support because of problems with valued added tax. In the end, they did not help me, and they were not even qualified to give me the proper advice. I am 100% sure my problem would have been solvable if someone competent had reviewed my emails. Instead, I got only robotlike copy-paste emails every single time. Sometimes they even told me they solved it and then the next day they said something else. In the end, I lost 2,000 euros just on this problematic. And then they ruined hundreds of units of product that I had stored in their warehouses. My product is a paper product, and they totally f***** it up. Had the best reviewed product in my niche, but they just don't care because enough others will try to sell anyway. In addition, customers are allowed to betray you. They can literally use my product and still get a refund for sending it back. I am going for the direct selling approach now and I can only recommend it to everyone else as well. Don't waste your time, energy and passion with these incompetent people. It can only lead to absolute desperation.

Hi , Amazon disbursement team is very unprofessional and non cooperative. They hold my funds . Please don't start selling on Amazon it's wasting of time and money .they deactivate my account without any solid reason and hold my funds. According to there policy's we can get over disbursement after 90 days but they hold my funds .very cheater and fraud selling platform Walmart, ebay and other selling platform is better and easy . Please don't start selling on Amazon as requested.

DO NOT SELL THROUGH AMAZON'S THIRD PARTY SERVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE LITERALLY NO OTHER CHOICE. IT'S A DISGRACE. Every time something has gone wrong over the years, resolving it is beyond a nightmare. I've had to fight for months to, for example, update the release date on a product listing, recover hundreds of pounds I am owed, reactivate my account (after deactivations for zero apparent reason), and an endless array of other ridiculous issues. Now, Amazon has granted brand ownership of my products to a third party, even though I am the sole owner, creator, manufacturer and distributor of my products/brand. Amazon has formally recognised me as the owner of my brand. Yet a third party has managed to hijack ownership over my 3 best-selling products. For two weeks I have been sent in dozens of circles trying to get this rectified - probably 100+ messages, phone calls, live chat interactions and so on. Yet all I receive are the same unhelpful, irrelevant, automated responses from seller support. I cannot explain the number of hours, and the amount of stress, selling through Amazon can involve. If they bothered to invest in a proper support system, then perhaps it would be less horrendous. But when it comes to intellectual property rights / rights to accurately list your own products, it is beyond a farce. It cannot be legal - yet I can't even source an address to serve a legal notice!

Worst experience ever on selling!! Very difficult to post an advert, it is a very complicated process. Endless waiting times to get it approved, Never thought selling would be this difficult! And when trying to close the account, it was also the same. Paid £31 to them for nothing. And still haven't been able to cancel the account. Please do not open a seller account on Amazon...
