I printed a label for my parcel on the Amazon website. At the drop off shop they wouldn't accept the parcel, as their scanner said "not permitted for parcelshop drop off". I went to another drop off shop with the same result. I mailed Amazon explaining all this and they asked for " a screenshot of the error message". I mailed back to say this was not possible as the message was not on my pc but on the scanning device in the shop. They replied asking for... a screenshot of the error message. Lots of other sellers have been having the same problem for months and they haven't addressed it. My last Amazon sale. Let's all boycott this awful company and refuse to enter the nightmarish automated future they want to drag us into.

Hi , Amazon disbursement team is very unprofessional and non cooperative. They hold my funds . Please don't start selling on Amazon it's wasting of time and money .they deactivate my account without any solid reason and hold my funds. According to there policy's we can get over disbursement after 90 days but they hold my funds .very cheater and fraud selling platform Walmart, ebay and other selling platform is better and easy . Please don't start selling on Amazon as requested.

Amazon is a haven for fraudsters, allowing and even facilitating fraudulent activities. Their policies have made it nearly impossible to turn a profit, eroding margins to mere pennies. They turn a blind eye to A-to-Z claims abuse, prioritizing their own interests and those of the customers over the sellers. We've been forced to halt all our listings until they rectify their policies and crack down on the rampant fraud. It's a growing trend, fueled by influencers on social media platforms like TikTok. Much like California's lenient policies enabling theft, Amazon's negligence is only going to worsen the situation. Avoid at all costs. In addition to the review, sellers should band together and consider filing a class-action lawsuit against Amazon for their role as facilitators of fraud and theft. It's time to hold them accountable for their negligence and prioritize the rights and protection of sellers.

WORST EXPERIENCE ATTEMPTING TO SELL ON AMAZON. Don’t waste your time too many obstacles, they loose all of your products then deny having them. Total waste of money and people like FBA alliance taking money for courses is an absolute scam. They tell you you can earn good money if you follow their course. You can’t speak to a person just automated replies that don’t have a clue. Then when you do eventually speak with someone they say they will deal with it and never do then close the case. Waste of energy time and money don’t fall for it. They have lost hundreds of my items and claim they haven’t received them. Shocking service shocking experience

Poor Experience. I used Amazon years ago to sell items and never had this much trouble. You are asked to verify your account with bank statement and ID card, (I used passport) Each time I submitted they came back stating my documents were not good enough and that they could not verify me. The answer I got was the following "It does not include the signature of the holder. If the signature is in a different page of the ID document, provide a scanned copy or photo containing all of the document pages with the identity information, including the signature of the holder." I provided a photo of my passport, it was clear and both pages were shown with all details (name, number, not expired and signature in full view) Baffled by response until I read reviews on here. It appears amazon have become such a large corporation that they no longer need sellers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have since closed my account with them.

Sull’account seller dicono che è possibile acquistare un’etichetta per la spedizione, ma poi andando a verificare non esistono servizi associati per l’Italia, e dunque non è possibile generare etichette. Ho venduto un articolo a 30€, su questo importo prendono una commissione di 8€, ben 8,65€ è quanto ho dovuto spendere per la spedizione di un semplice libro rivolgendomi alle poste perché la spedizione andava fatta entro due giorni ed essendo venerdì pomeriggio non avrai avuto alternative. Su una vendita di 30€ ne guadagnerò quindi meno della metà. Non pensavo che dietro Amazon ci fosse un tale marciume, un meccanismo così predatorio. Chiaramente non spedirò mai più nulla, e siccome non meritano né la mia attenzione né la fiducia dei clienti, lascerò nel catalogo tutti i prodotti di modo che quando saranno acquistati e gli utenti non vedranno recapitare i loro acquisti, sia ben evidente che a generare queste situazione è la loro ingordigia oltre misura.

Very poor experience selling on Amazon. I've been with them for years, only to find a large proportion of my listings don't show up in a general search. Hours of work, listing mostly books, just wasted. As another reviewer stated, it’s like they are trying to stop you selling items! The seller website is very poor and when you contact support they can’t help you because they don’t even know what they are doing. All worked by 'bots'. Plus, outrageous selling fees when you do manage to make a sale. I agree completely with another reviewer; selling on eBay is so much easier and friendlier. Amazon must be missing out on £millions through such a poor, complicated, heavy-handed selling platform.

Determined to treat sellers as cash cows. Ignoring requests, encouraging fraud and theft from sellers and costing sellers extortionate fees. Shameful behaviour closing requests for advice or help without even answering and no method to complain or escalate. Welcome to North Korea of the internet.
