Seller CandyReviews of sellercandy.com

Seller Candy is a great Amazon Seller assistant if you want to grow your amazon business. Their staff know what they are doing and they have a very nice and wonderful people. They can do all things with regards to solving issues with Amazon, requesting to delete negative feedback, and other admin things that you don't want to waste your time doing. My account was at risk with 50 policy violations and they have it down to 20 in less than a month. Seller Candy is highly recommended.

Awesome and professional guys. They reinstated my Amazon UK product listing in a few days after I had tried for over a month without any success. Thanks guys!!!

Seller Candy has helped to take the load off of the minute account issues that I don't have time to do and frankly don't like doing. I'm so happy that I invested in John and Brian's services. The case managers are excellent and know exactly what they're doing. They get the cases done so quickly that I can barely keep up. On top of being knowledgeable they go above and beyond to find a solution.

I've recently transitioned into being the Amazon Strategist for my employer. I'm relatively new to this and Seller Candy has been an incredible asset. They're diligent in accomplishing our goals and they're wonderful to communicate with. I like the system they have in place for communication and I like that they're also available for video calls when necessary. They have helped optimize our listings tremendously and I would highly recommend Seller Candy to any Amazon seller looking to take their brand to the next level.

My Car Cache was delisted for over 2 months! So stressful! It was ranked #24 out of over 500,000 auto products on Amazon over the holidays. I tried to get it back up, then had one of the biggest buyers of Amazon stores try but it still wasn’t coming back. I learned about Seller Candy and they are amazing! They told me from the beginning what they will be doing and approximate timeframes for things to occur. I knew I was in great hands. My Car Cache is back up and running and everything they said in the beginning was right on target. Plus working with John, Arvin, and Jhypee was wonderful. I Highly recommend Seller Candy to handle your Seller Central business. I wanted them to just get my store up but their system is so easy to use I keep adding things to change on my store or to get advice. In the past few days I’ve added about 6 new cases for them to handle for me - I love that I submit requests in the evening and when I wake up all are completed! Excellent team !! Everyone does a great job and adds great value to what is paid in service fees. The results are quick and we as a seller get to be more involved in strategic decisions for our business.

Excellent experience with Arvin, Carla, John, and Brian over at Seller Candy so far! They are helping us with 6 different accounts and have been a key piece to allowing us to grow our businesses recently. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't get excited about working in Seller Central :D
