Always outstanding
As with their sister site sellbackyourbook.com, first class all the way, almost never an issue. They simply pay what they promise, so are a good choice for selling media items.

Average online CD buyback
Customer service was good, however didn't like the fact they charged money cleaning the discs.

Thank you for your feedback - we do not charge to clean discs and it looks like we accepted and paid for all of the items you sent in. Not sure if you are confusing our service with another company that charges to clean discs?

excellent service
I am very impressed with the fast and courteous service. I would recommend this company to anyone. After dealing with my parents estate I don't want my kids to have to deal with all of my "treasures".

It was very easy to enter in codes and get money for DVDs we were not watching a lot. Payment process was quick and there were no issues! Great website and payment process.

Very Easy
Trying to unload lots of DVDs started to frustrate me until I started using the sellbackdvd barcode scanner app. Makes it very quick and easy to get a box together.
