I scanned every DVD with the camera on my iPhone and it kept a running tally for me. When I was finished I was able to see my order online and followed the simple instructions and printed out a packing list and a shipping label. I found a FedEx drop location near my home and dropped off the box. Their processing time was a lot faster than what they stated online. They received my order and gave me credit for every DVD I sent them. They then deposited the money right into my PayPal account and did it in a way where PayPal didn't charge me anything for receiving the money. I had a very easy time looking up both my DVD's and CD's. I received my shipping label and item invoice in my email and was able to drop the package off at FedEx around the corner from me. I received my check in the mail in about a week. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this if there isn't a place near you that buys your unwanted DVD's or CD's. I just wish they would take VHS tapes :) .

They're a pretty decent company in all but the payment did take some time delivering.
