SellDVDsOnline.comReviews of selldvdsonline.com

I like this place the best to sell books, dvds, cds and games. They won't trick you like some sites who quote you a price and then when you go to complete everything they say the quoted price is a store credit and if you want cash there's a fee. That's BS. Selldvdsonline.com pays you through PayPal. They even pay shipping!

The website was easy to use. The labels were free and easy to print. With PayPal I got paid quickly. I am happy. Perfect transaction.

SellDVDsOnline.com is an easy website to maneuver through however it has some flaws. First of all I think they really lowball the customer on the prices offered for the dvd's. However, they really don't have competition, so they can. They do however make it very easy to send in the dvd's. something no one else can really compete with at this time. It was extremely frustrating when they did not have a title in their database. Sometimes the code number wasn't there, but frustrating was when the disc didn't have a bar code number, there was no other way the sight would look up a title. After sending a note to customer service with names, and as much information as possible about a certain disc (actually a list of about 12 titles) I got a generic response, that made absolutely no sense to the information I sent in. NO ONE with at least a 1st grade education would send the response I received from their customer service (I use the term lightly). If you have enough time I would try to find a different company, but in a pinch they are okay.

this is a great site for my DVD's, It helps me get a little extra money for my old DVD's that I no longer watch. The site was very easy to use!!

We recently made the switch to digital and sent in our DVD collection. The prices were lower than you could make elsewhere but totally worth it for the fast and easy experience.

Easy process, fast payment, no hassle. Obviously you always wish for more money back, but their prices are very fair to other sites. Will use again for sure.

I like the fact that shipping them to you is free but wish you paid a little more for them..At least 2 bucks a piece but other then that you guys are cool.

I was relieved to find a place that would cause little effort on my part to sell DVDs and get the clutter taken care of. I went online and got all of the individual pieces priced, printed the label and shipping list, bundled it all up and mailed at the Post Office. I was updated by email on when they received my package, the processing thereof, and then the payment to me. I feel like it is a smooth process.
