This was a very simple thing to do. The shipping and handling is even taken care of. The only problem I had was not be able to save all my work of putting in the numbers. I started so late at night and thought I would be able to save what I did the night before. Wrong. Also, they don't take all DVDs CDs but all in all it worked out great. Great way to get rid of your clutter and make money.

I sent in my games and consoles, To be told one was damaged, then when I ask why , it's because they didn't see the wheel that was sent in that came with a game. To then say days later oh we actually do .. Wasting time on getting my payment sent. Check took a whole month to come and I had it cancelled due to being over the timeline , asked to pay via PayPal.... 6 days later still not PayPal payment... Which isn't hard to do. Total now of 6-7 weeks since they received my items and I have stil yet to be paid. Don't expect a fast transaction

Easy free shipping. No hassels. Only got 4 stars not 5 because they don't pay very much for your trade ins.

Good way to recycle DVD's you don't watch anymore.

At first, I thought this was going to be a hassle. However, after selling 5 boxes of movies, with many more to sell, I found the process to be very easy and convenient. The compay does what it says with no hidden agenda. Thank you!

Prices offered were much lower than going to a store to sell items used but the convenience of using this method to get rid of books, movies, games, etc. was worth it at this time.

Very easy and fast service. Good communication via email on payment and dvd that was scratched. Wish it could have been more for TV shows but I needed to get rid of quickly. Service is exactly as advertised.

I like it well enough but wish they would take more CD titles!! I also think they should pay more for CD's.
