After investigation, this review is about a company called SellMyCellPhone not SellCell. Similar names but totally different company. The owners at SellMyCellPhone have stated that the review should be posted here and have corroberated that this is their complaint to handle with trustpilot: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/sellmycellphone.com. SellMyCellPhone have seen the public review and even written to Trustpilot to explain that it has been placed for the wrong company.
