The service and warranty is probably the best out there

If you have demoed a Selkirk and are concerned that it costs an extra $50 bucks over your Joola paddle, know that it is with good reason; I had a small rattle after playing with my Power Air Invitika after three months; I also saw that the paddle was "honeycombing" which turned out to be nothing but dirt; Customer service was kind to advise about using glass cleaner and even more kind for offerring to replace the paddle due to the rattle.

The website is very user-friendly and customer service, when needed, is top-notch.
