Had an issue on two different occasions with a pickleball paddle and they replaced it both times. I have purchased many other items from them including apparel and shoes and all have been of excellent quality. They stand behind their products!

I was concerned about the turn around time on the boom stick because it just launched. I checked with customer service and it was shipped the very next day.

Easy to do! Great paddle. Very happy to be able to order extra paddles at a great price. I can’t keep up with the demand of people wanting to try this. Best response I have ever had with a paddle.

I love your products and the staff is awesome. However, if i cant het the product quickly or you are always out of stock i cant sell it. There needs to be a faster way for me to get and track my orders.
