Great!
I’ve already tried many other forwarding services, such as Forward2Me, but so far, Selectido has been by far the best. Their customer service is outstanding. No matter what question you have, for example via WhatsApp, you get a response within minutes. If the AI doesn’t know the answer or can’t handle the request, a member of the team personally responds almost immediately. The packages I’ve had delivered to their warehouse were registered within minutes of arriving. Once all of my packages have arrived, I’ll arrange for everything to be shipped to Germany in one shipment. The only thing I haven’t experienced yet is how the packages will arrive once they reach Germany, so I can’t comment on that part just yet. However, I’m very confident that there won’t be anything to complain about there either. So far, my experience has been truly outstanding, really good. I would absolutely recommend Selectido to anyone living abroad who wants to order products that are only available in the United States. I can highly recommend giving them a try.

My experience with the customer service…
My experience with the customer service was excellent. They are available 24/7 and respond within just a few seconds, no matter what time of day it is. They are extremely helpful, patient, and always take the time to answer every question in detail. Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say — the customer service is truly outstanding. If you’re looking for a delivery company with amazing, convenient, and reliable customer service, this is definitely the one. The only downside is that the shipping ended up being a little more expensive compared to some other options.
