I worked with Roger on a complex flight for my dad to Russia and he was absolutely fabulous. Very responsive and communicative, he guided me each step of the way. He was able to help my find a flight I never would have been able to locate myself and I’m fairly tech savvy. Moreover my dad was involved in a car accident and was injured two days prior to his flight. Roger was kind, understanding and a life saver finding a replacement flight several months away to allow my dad to recover. When your customer service pick up the phone for the first time..they are courteous and polite. I felt they are willing to go beyond for me to be able to get the best price..and they did! They will give you time to think..unlike others who are pushy and keeps calling . You told them you purchased a ticket already. Some would make you wait and on hold for the longest time.
