terrible service - I was a paying member for nearly seven years, with some ups and downs but also interesting encounters, once you sift out the 99% of utter horrors… but if you encounter a problem with the site, and ask them to fix it, they punish you. The site had a glitch, I asked them to fix it, they said it would take time, I asked them to refund this month’s subscription since I wasn’t getting what I’d paid for… instead they downgraded me and cut my access. Multiple emails - even to the grinning CEO Brandon Wade went ignored. They’re obv only interested in the money.
