Seeingbliss won't refund og compensate, when a frame was broken during transportation! I bought 6 frames ($25.49 each) and shipping insurance ($5.40). When the frames arrived, one frame was broken. They were not properly wrapped in cardboard and even though I payed for shipping insurance, Seeingbliss will not compensate the broken frame. I have sent 10 emails to customer service, and their final offer for compensation is $7!!! It's a joke! Don't buy from Seeingbliss!

SCAM I bought magnetixx phone holder....which has no magnets as advertised. In ad video there is functionality, that is not on the product. They offered money back if I sent back product to china, sending is half the price I paid for product + no guarantee, they even do refunds. DO NOT BUY Ah, and they overcharged 10$ - in a cart I saw like 51$, but they took from card 61$, HOW? OK, this they gave back, but still how?? Do they use STRIPE? Maybe it is possible to write about this to STRIPE?

I tried placing an order for these frames, which I saw on Instagram, and the website wouldn’t process my card saying it was locked. Immediately I was contacted by Wells Fargo with a credit card fraud notification for purchases made somewhere else. After reading many online reviews I’m pretty sure the company is a scam and used my card info illegally

Scammers! Ordered a product from a link on Facebook. Never arrived ... asked them to resend ... they wanted more money 💰 I wasn't throwing good money after bad so asked for a refund and at that point they cut communications. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Do yourself a favor and buy your product somewhere else. We tried to return something fully refundable and they threatened us that it would be too expensive and we should keep it and they would refund $4 (put of a $60 order).

BEWARE!!! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM.. They are stealing people's money. It's ridiculous!!!! They are posting appealing publicity around social media.. they sell you broken cheaply made frames and offer a max of $5 dollar refund for $44 dollar damaged items. I never fall for this kind of BS but naively I gave it a try because the item idea itself was good.. It's irritating to think these scammers are getting rich by stealing people with fake advertisements. If you see their advertisement around Facebook, Instagram or whatever, just report them as fraud. Social Media platforms should ban them permanently.

Awful. Similar experience as the other reviewers. Their instagram ads are misleading. The pictures shown look much larger than what I received. They say it’s made in US but it’s shipped from China. They won’t accept a return or refund me. UPS added additional charges to my final invoice.

Poor quality Poor service I purchased item and not received an update 2 months. They do not answer emails.
