Extremely well-packaged. I LOVE the color/finish on the metal, it really looks like warm wood but will last. Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. The color of the cushions was more on the gray side than the beige side, but overall pretty happy!

Great quality, free shipping. Arrived quickly. Assembly was a bit difficult as we only used the hand held Allen wrench included. It took us 5 hours to assemble! It is not “95%” assembled as advertised. But we persevered and love the table! It’s sturdy, love the color and material (poly-wood).

My 6-year-old niece decided to 'decorate' the outdoor chairs with washable markers. Normally I'd panic. This time? I just waited for it to dry (she also spilled water, oops), then hosed it off. Gone. Not a trace. The Teslin 3D fabric is basically magic. I've also power-washed barbecue grease off – no stains, no drama. Best investment for parents. Btw, the complimentary pillows are of excellent quality.

I emailed about our table having a dent in the side of the top and have yet to hear back from anyone. I would like to purchase some dining chairs now-but not sure when I don’t hear back about an issue.

Between soccer games, muddy cleats, and Gatorade spills, our patio furniture takes a beating. These chairs... They don't care. Mud dries, I hose it off, good as new. The Teslin fabric doesn't absorb anything - spills just sit on top or run through. Plus the aluminum frame means no rust spots from all the moisture. Finally, furniture that keeps up with our chaos.

So far so good. My small patio table arrived very promptly. It was very easy to put together. It’s supposed to rust resistant so I guess we’ll have to wait and see if it doesn’t rust. Every metal outdoor furniture I’ve bought has rusted.
