This company is a scam. After ordering a book that doesn’t arrive they later tell you it’s a digital download only (which doesn’t show in their website) and refuses to give a refund. To get your money back, you need to file a dispute with your credit card company. Because it’s a small amount they are counting on you not to know or do this. Hope everybody that that gets scammed takes the time to file the dispute to get the charge reversed.

This company is a scam. They show a physical picture of a book with no mention of digital and when you try to call them there is no response. Furthermore they do not give refunds for digital which I did not ask for.

I bought a book from them online. Turns out, it was an eBook, even though nowhere (that I could find) does it say that on their website. Instead, it says things like "Free Shipping," and that the book is "in stock." I asked for my money back; they said no. Poor customer service. Kindof obnoxious. It shoudl be very clear if a book is a book or an eBook. (I have a pdf of the website page, but it seems there is no way to include that here.)
