Even though you put as a shop you have in the Google map, you actually don't have an actual shop. And I came to the location by looking at Google map and there were none to welcome the customer. So if you don't have a physical store don't put it on the map.

Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. We would like to clarify that we do not operate a physical retail store. The location listed on Google Maps serves solely as a pickup point. Customers are kindly requested to place their orders in advance in order to arrange collection from this point. As an order had not been placed in advance and the collection was attempted after business hours, this may have caused the delay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
