Give Ian a raise. He’s deserving.
I have been working with Ian from Secure Mark USA. Ian originally reached out to me because I previously submitted an application that had been abandoned by the previous company that I hired. I had no idea until he reached out to assist. Ian is extremely knowledgeable and patient. His turnaround time was within 24 hours! Every step of the process was made easier thanks to his help. I now have confidence that my mark will be approved and Ian/Secure Mark USA will help to see it through the entire process.

When I reached out
When I reached out, I didn’t even know if I still had a shot at protecting my brand name it felt like I might’ve waited too long. But they looked into it without wasting time or giving me false hope. The communication was super clear, no salesy fluff, and they laid out exactly what I needed to do. What I liked most was how real they were about everything. Great customer service
I was hesitant to start but I’m so glad I did. Paxton Wells was knowledgeable and very straightforward getting me through the process of reactivating my trademark application.
