Awful experience. I paid for a premium residential/ISP IP that was supposed to be clean, but ended up with serious reputation issues and a very high fraud score. When you ask for a replacement because the IP they provided has problems, they'll eventually refuse any further replacements — even when the replacement IP develops problems too. They also refused a refund. Support even told me “It is not possible to mention everything on our website” when I questioned their replacement restrictions. If I'm paying a premium price for a clean IP, I expect to actually receive and maintain a reasonable-quality IP — not be stuck with a bad one and told there's nothing they can do. Definitely won't be renewing. PS. they have lots of fake reviews lol

I purchased a service from IPBurger and paid via BTC. Due to service issues, I later requested a refund. Their support repeatedly told me that the refund had already been sent, but I have not received any BTC refund in my wallet.  When I contacted support again, they claimed they “could not find any refund request” associated with my BTC address, even though this was the same address I previously provided to them. This is inconsistent and has caused unnecessary delays.  I have been waiting for several days with no refund and no clear explanation. I simply want IPBurger to confirm which BTC address they are using for the refund and to complete the transaction.  So far, the handling of this refund has been extremely disappointing, and I am still waiting for a resolution.

This is the WORST, most DISHONEST, and SCAMMIEST company I’ve ever dealt with. IPBurger.com charged my card $1800 USD without my permission, and when I contacted support to fix the issue, they pretended to "investigate." I sent them full proof — transaction records, screenshots, everything. And what did they do? They shut down my account. No refund. No reply. Just GONE. These people are criminals hiding behind a website. They literally took my money and ran. $1557 vanished, and all I got in return was silence and a closed account. That’s fraud. That’s theft. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are thieves. They steal your money and then vanish. Their “support team” is a joke — no answers, no help, just empty lies and then radio silence. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB, my bank, and every fraud reporting authority I can find. I’m going to post this everywhere until people know what they really are — a shady, dishonest, money-grabbing scam. RUN from IPBurger. DO NOT give them a single dollar. If you already did, watch your bank account and report them immediately.

It is one of the worst customer services, and their service/proxies don't work. Probably a scam. Please be CARFEULLLL!!!! SCAMMERSSSS and they will refuse to refund you your money despite their "Policy" states there is a 30 days money back guarantee!! BE CAREFUL DONT PUT OR USE YOUR CARD ON THEIR WEBSITE! RUNNN

IPBurger is NOT Residential – Misleading Service! I purchased a residential proxy from IPBurger, expecting an actual home-based IP from an ISP like Comcast, Spectrum, or AT&T. Instead, they gave me an obvious datacenter IP from Cogent Communications—a well-known hosting provider, NOT a residential ISP. When I confronted them, they offered a "one-time IP change", but the replacement was another datacenter IP from the exact same provider! Clearly, they do not have real residential IPs, despite advertising them. Their support dodges questions and refuses to acknowledge the issue. If you’re looking for a true residential proxy, stay away from IPBurger. False advertising, misleading service, and unhelpful support—avoid at all costs!

fraudulent company, their residential ips at $62 per month does NOT even work most of the time. wont allow you access to sites like paypal unless you pay EXTRA. this company is a joke made by aspkin founders. scam scam scam. stay away when you ask for money back after testing their service ( made purchase 3 days ago tested it not as descripted they wouldn't refund ).

Horrible User Experience, Customer Support is slow. Way overpriced than the market, I asked for a trial on residential proxies, and they offered me 300 MB trial for $9, such a joke and scammy behavior.
