IP burger made fraudulent charges to my credit card months after I stopped using their service. I immediately reported it and they cancelled the payment. Fraud is fraud though. I expect their business is going under since their proxies no longer really work. They used to be good.

It is a thief beware of purchasing this service. Good front page recommendations are " not true". To find out the truth, look at the recommendations on the second page. They are disingenuous poor Indians

I paid 2 times for a fresh vpn, he takes the money and he says that nothing received. also we can not give the same service. and asks each time to pay without giving a solution for the 1st payment problem. don't trust this is an indian site which just using whmcs without good service.

My dedicated IP worked fine for the first billing cycle. Then after the 2nd cycle was paid it stopped working properly, I had captchas everywhere and was blocked out of sites. I spend hours and days with the support team ping pong discussing and they made clear to me that everything is perfect with their service. Yet, I still had the issue unresolved. Everything worked fine, when I turned off IPBurger. I tried several things to solve this problem. I did not change any settings or whatsoever beforehand. I am more concerned about the arrogance of the support team than a technical flaw. For me as business owner, depending on such service, all what counts is a quick solution rather than arrogant discussions days and hours long. I am not interested to hear how great everything is, when obviously I still have an issue and it is stealing my time and damaging my business.

Very poor service, sound like scam, i wished to buy proxies from ipburger.com on 21-feb-2021 my CC was debited and i got sms from bank , and customer service told me that they did not accepted my payment and said it is on hold and will get in 5-7 days and after 5 days saying i will get in 25 days, they are not men of words, sounds like scammed, no one should buy from them, poor and scammers . i am writing this so i would be able to safe people from their scam. my card was charged and got alert from bank too with IP BURGER name and still they saying that IPBURGER not received money .
