This is 1000% a scam the only positive reviews I found were the fake trust pilot image on their homepage. Don't fall for it, if it's legitimate they won't be asking for your card info!!!! Aka OBSERVATI they want that cause they're gonna hit you with a yearly subscription and then charge you whatever else they can squeeze out of ya. Run for your life report them report their sites trust pilot likely wouldn't support their data being manipulated and abused to appear legitimate, reviews from 2021 and links you can't click were the first sign. The red flags are popping up more than an 18 hole golf course!!!!

They deceive you by “rewarding” you with coupon rewards that HAVE A MINIMUM COST CUTOFF. For example, a restaurant requires $75 purchase to redeem your $100 coupon “payment.” This is really just a coupon for 1/4 off. Most are half off with a cap of $15 coupons. (Must spend at least $30 to get maximum of $15 off) They do nt tell you about this in marketing descriptions. You only find out AFTER you join, wait for approval to do a review, complete the review and then have your review accepted by their quality control team. If people like me knew the whole policy in advance, they would NOT join. Further, the selection of restaurants is slim, and so are the days and hours you can use them. Not worth your time and energy.

The majority if not all 5 star reviews are a scam, just like the company. No one should have to outlay cash in order to get a job More importantly, try getting in touch with customer service - all you will get are more phishing emails Side note - i was specifically warned about Observati from a real Secret Shopping company - notice how close they make their website to the names of legit companies - its not a coincidence

They are a scam I made more than 10 stores and they never paid me because they were all denied by the way they pay with gift cards which is a scam because if you do not consume a minimum you will not be able to use them. I lost more than 200 dollars with them in the annual membership and non-reimbursed purchases in stores I never recommended them and my bank returned my money so make claims to your bank and the bank will help you.

I would not recommend this Company at all unless you just want to use it for the gift cards. Now the gift cards does not equal free food. It gives you about $10, $15, $25 off but first you have to spend about $30, $50. I signed up for my first restaurant. I spend about $45 for only $10 off for two people. Afterwards I submitted a detailed review with the photos that they require. My review was denied, and I was not paid. Their excuse was that I did not provide a detailed review about 5 paragraphs in length. Honestly considering the cost of gas, drive time, eating time, writing time, and photos time. $30 dollars is not worth the pay at all for all that, and then to have your review denied. So in the end you are making a company rich, and then you deal with a lame employee who wants to deny your review with no resubmission available. There's also a few days wait time after you pick a restaurant, and few days to wait after you submit your review. Total wait time is about 5-7 days. And then to have a jrk employee deny it in the end. Not worth making this company rich for such b.s. pay.

Do not waste your time and money on this company. I was charged to do the shop with the promise that my $10 would be returned on the first shop. I was also charged to have the ability to suggest new shops for consideration. A service I was later told didn't exist. I did my shop and turned in my review which they claim I never did. They said they were returning my $14.97 and $19.00 which they did. If this company wants to stay in business they need to get their act together and become legit. Reported to BBB.
