Secrets AIReviews of secrets.ai

Response from Secrets AIOct 13, 2026

Thanks for your review. Secrets AI has invested heavily in strengthening our moderation, and as part of that work we removed characters and images that were designed to appear underage. To be clear, if your content was removed in this update, it was because it fell into that category. We don’t support that content under any circumstances, and that won’t change. – The Secrets AI Team

That shouldn't have happened, and we're sorry. If you can send your ticket numbers or the email address on your account to [email protected], we'll find them and get back to you directly. We're reviewing our new ticket handling to make sure this isn't happening to others.

We rarely comment publicly on individual accounts, but we'll be direct here. This account's access was terminated after repeated requests that we disable or work around our content safety systems, and after continued contact with our team following a final answer on that. Those systems exist to keep the platform within our Terms of Service and the requirements of our payment and infrastructure partners. They aren't negotiable and we don't make exceptions. Our team did respond to the substance of these requests. When it became clear they would continue regardless, we closed the tickets and ended the conversation. That was a deliberate decision, not an oversight, and it was communicated directly. To be clear about what this wasn't about: we're glad to talk about product feedback, feature requests, other AI platforms, and AI consciousness. Our Discord has those conversations daily and nobody gets removed for having them. What we won't do is circumvent safety filters on request. The account has been disabled and the subscription refunded in full. We wish this user well on a platform better suited to what they're looking for.

We're sorry the experience hasn't met your expectations. We want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this: Image refunds are still fully available for our Premium image generation model. If a generation goes wrong, you can report it and our team will review it for a moment refund. That hasn't changed. We recently introduced a new Advanced image model that is significantly more capable with better prompt adherence and higher quality output. Due to the substantially higher cost of running this model, we made the decision to not offer refunds on Advanced generations rather than increasing the per-image price. We believe this is the fairer trade-off. It's also worth noting that image reporting with moment refunds is something we introduced as a benefit to our users. No other platform in this space offers that at all. On prompt accuracy, Advanced mode follows prompts significantly better than Premium. If you're not seeing the results you want, we have a full prompting guide at wiki.secrets.ai/create/image-generation that covers best practices. We're also happy to help directly on Discord. We'd genuinely like to improve your experience if you're open to it.

Sorry to hear you've had such a frustrating experience. A few things that might help: On characters vanishing, you can find them on the Custom page. If they're still missing, reach out at [email protected] and we'll look into your account. On syncing between laptop and phone, everything is server-side, so your account and all content should be identical on any device as long as you're logged into the same account. If things look different, it's likely a different login method was used on each device (e.g. Google on one, Apple on the other). Double check that you're signed in with the same account on both. On the support chatbot, we hear you, and we're always working on making it more helpful. For direct human support, Discord or [email protected] will get you a real person. We'd like to help sort these issues out if you're willing to give us another chance.

Sorry to hear the chat broke down on you, we want to help get this fixed. If the conversation got stuck or the AI stopped responding properly, try using Time Travel to rewind the chat to before it broke. This resets the AI's context to a previous point and usually fixes things. If this doesn't work, you can always start a fresh chat with the same companion from their profile and your memories will carry over if you share a memory group between chats. If you're still stuck, reach out at [email protected] or on our Discord and we'll look into your account directly.

We appreciate you taking the time to write such detailed feedback, seriously. We're going to address your points directly because you raised some fair ones and some that need clarification. On support: We're sorry your experience was frustrating. Telling a user 'you're the only one with this issue' when others are reporting the same thing in Discord is not acceptable, and we're addressing that internally. Your ticket should never have been closed unresolved. If you're willing to give us another shot, please reach out on Discord or email [email protected] and we'll personally make sure it gets handled properly. On the share link bug: That was a bug that went live for a day and it has since been fixed. We appreciate you pointing it out. On moments and rollover: We understand the frustration. Here's how it works: subscription grants (8,000 for Premium, 15,000 for Ultimate) reset monthly and don't roll over. However, any moments you purchase separately never expire. We hear the feedback on rollover and it's something we're evaluating. On Advanced mode costing 100 moments per custom character: This is a one-time setup fee to enable Advanced image generation for a custom character, which then gives you significantly higher quality and prompt adherence on all future generations for that character. It's not a per-image charge. On the review legitimacy question: Our reviews are from real users who chose to share their experience. We can't control what people write, but we can control how we respond to criticism, which is what we're doing here. We take this feedback seriously. Some of your points are fair and we're acting on them. Others we hope this response helps clarify. The door is open if you want to give us another chance.
