A few tips that help, start with shorter clips (4-8 seconds is the sweet spot for quality), describe one clear moment of motion per generation rather than overloading it, and start your prompt with the shot type and lighting. On the heavy action descriptions with no dialogue, try using an OOC command like '(OOC: Focus more on dialogue and spoken words, less on physical action descriptions. When you use words like whispered or said, always follow them with actual dialogue.)' If it reverts, reinforcing it a couple of times usually gets it to stick. Thank you! Face consistency across different images is something we're actively improving, Advanced mode already does a much better job at preserving exact likeness if you haven't tried it yet. The occasional extra arm is an AI image generation quirk we're working to minimize. If you ever get a glitched image like that, you can report it directly and our team will review it for a moment refund. Appreciate the kind words!

For image generation, being more descriptive with positioning definitely helps, try natural scene descriptions like 'standing with arms crossed, leaning against a wall, shot from a low angle' rather than short keywords. We do want to clarify that our support team responded to every one of your emails, your first within 6 minutes, your second within 1 minute, and your third within 12 minutes, each with specific troubleshooting steps including how to recover archived chats and locate your media in your Collection page. Your images and videos should still be accessible from your Collection page even if they aren't showing in the chat. If the steps we provided haven't resolved things, please reply to your most recent support email or reach out on Discord and we'll dig into your account directly until everything is recovered.
