DONT GET YOUR TICKETS WITH THIS PEOPLE! I just ended a call with them and I saw a price on the website and when I was about to confirm, they increased the price & $700 dollars more. SCAMMERS!!!!!

I CONFIRM IT'S A SCAM!!! Don't bother... I was skeptical but thought I'd give it a try as I'd seen some good reviews.... I received an email confirming the price but saying I had to call customer service. I called and was told that it wasn't the final price but only the taxes, and that they were putting attractive prices to appear first on the web page, which completely shocked me! I am really disappointed, I usually don't write comments but I want to inform people to avoid this dishonest website.

Scammers! Booked tickets 3 weeks ago took my personal information and credit card information. and now they’re telling me it’s not available!! offers me bad times and bad airline for more money. Wasted 3 weeks

This site uses fraudulent advertisement

SCAMMMMMM. Do not book any fly with them , you guys gonna be surprised. And if you see good comment trust me THEY WROTE IT. The price that you see will not be the real price. They gonna call you and said that the price change , and it’s more expensive. Sometimes they already take your money on your credit card and said that they can’t cancel it . Big problems with them be careful

As many have written, same complaint. Booked three tickets worth about CAD 2500 through Secret Fares. Covid hit and we had to cancel the tickets. Since then, we are getting the run around. Air Canada says the credit is available but the travel agency has to apply for it. Well! What do you think? 1) Why is the travel agency not getting the voucher? 2) What is Air Canada doing about these types of fraudulent agencies? Shouldn't they issue the voucher directly to the customer if the travel agency is not helping. I called again today, Steve answered the phone, sounded genuinely concerned and said he is looking into it and disconnected. Same pattern as before. I tried calling again but no one picked up the phone.

Booked a flight to Mexico I. 2020, flight canceled due to covid at that time the ticket for my son and I to Puerto Vallarta, for my son and I. Covid happened and I was told at that time my tickets had no expiration. Flights were canceled and travel was restricted. I asked for a refund and was told I had a credit and no refunds were made at that time. I tried to rebook a year later. I was charged for the new tickets 260.00 and once again travel was restricted. I am now out 1656.00 and as of 12/16/2022 you tell me my tickets are now expired???? You need to contact me now. I do not accept this and am in awe as to the lack of communication as I’ve called several times and told ur supervisor will contact me which has not happened. I call back ask to speak directly to Kay, the supervisor, and told he is busy and will call me back. No word or voicemail as of yet.. shame on you. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. SCAM ALERT! i wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone! Two days ago, my gf found a promotion on their page, $199 from WV to TN, so she says this is a great price and she books the flight, she received confirmation number, all that good stuff that said everything was taken care of and she would receive the tickets by the following day…so yesterday the people call back and say that they have to charge way more $ because the promotion, that we already had gotten and paid for, doesn’t apply for later flights, which my fly out date was 10/11/22…that date isn’t that far away, but most importantly, we already booked for that price…so I tell this lady that I want to cancel, and she is rude and talks over me and keeps saying oh well what about this flight and this flight, and she did that for idk how long, I kept telling her I don’t have that much money, that was the whole point of using the deal they’re advertising, it’s definitely false advertisement and idk how these people are allowed to do this to others…
