Arrived at International exit to general SeaWorld Park area at 10AM actual park entrance at Noon. All traffic entryways to enter the park were overwhelmed. After finally making it to the parking lot booth we were told that as Annual Pass Holders (Silver) we would be required to pay $33 to park in the parking lot!? Whoever has made this executive decision has failed their customer base. Declined to pay, entered parking lot which still had plenty of spots open in general parking. This visit and the lack of customer support to just enter the park has helped me to determine I will no longer be the owner of any season pass to SeaWorld Orlando.

WE purchased an all day meal plan for our family. Restaurants are limited and closed 1 hr 45 min. before closing time for the park therefore we were unable to use the pass fully. Not worth the money!

Seaworld Orlando they need to change the show was Shamu before I think they need a better show I thing know it’s very boring they talk to much than the show need more activity with the whales 🐳 long time ago they bring a guy with music and cameras to the show customers so happy before love when they send the birds true the public so amazing I have the anual pass but thinking to cancel next time hope they change for better to ec

Why do they charge 5% surcharge on overpriced food. Why charge $5 to go up the Tower. The rollercoasters admission is included in the ticket price. Games are a ripoff, like at a carney looking for suckers. Prizes are plush toys but you need to spend at least over $30 to win a good toy.

Took almost hour to pay for parking only one girl working both sides of the booth. Over hour to just get to the ticket line since not all ticket booths were open 4 out of the 12 still another half hour to go WAIT IS RIDICULOUS! Along with the high cost of the ticket things should run smoother. Once inside the park things went better only hour to ninety min wait times. Shows were awesome and you support a great cause . Dont let long wait discourage you it was WORTH IT!!!

7/6/2023 we got there when they opened, the Krackin and journey to Atlantis and the Mako, were all closed. By noon most of the places where you got refills were out of ice. It's July in Florida. wth

We purchased our tickets on line. Only add ons:parking and one meal for each of us (2). Our meal voucher was not accepted by the cashier at the restaurant. We were told to go to customer service with our receipt. At customer service the hostess validated our meal purchases and went to the restaurant with appropriate receipts, paperwork to verify our meals purchase. The restaurant manager refused to verify our purchase with the customer service hostess insisting we come back to the restaurant. Tired at the end of our day we left rather than walk all the way back to the restaurant. Needless to say we are very disappointed in this lack of customer service on the part of the restaurant manager.

Was not busy fortunately… good for toddlers. However the staff is rude sometimes…
