I don't like the fact that the part was on backorder , however, the money was taken out of my account and I had to wait a month before it was sent.

I have ordered 5 times trying to get a flywheel housing with the pull-return. So far I have received 2 flywheel, 2 pull-returns and a flywheel guard, but no flywheel housing with pull-return. I give up.

DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS PARTS DIRECT!!!!!!!! I bought a replacement ice maker for my fridge. The ice tray split into 2 pieces in less than two months of use. They refused to replace the part and stopped answering my emails. Buy from a company that will stand behind what they sell.

I went through customer service to make sure I ordered the correct part. The rep. them ordered the wrong part. When returning the wrong part they don't refund all of your money even though they made the mistake. That's flat-out theft. If you can get parts elsewhere, I suggest you do so.

I ordered a part in December 2025. I was told it was in stock and I should have it on December 26 2025. It is now February 5, 2026 and I have still not received my part. I have repeated went on their chat (you can't call them) requesting a refund and never gotten my refund or the part. Today, I could only talk to AI. Do not order from Sears Parts Direct.

Never received Order. Then delayed. Waited and nothing. Told it was the manufacturer delay. Then order says completed without any information- shipping or new delivery date. Asked for refund. Said 1 to 3 days. Never refunded. Just took my money. Impossible to talk to anyone. Just text. They will LIE and give every bs answer. Will take your money and lie to you. Total SCAM!!! Never order anything from them!!

One of the parts i ordered is damaged. i put in a request to replace the item and have not heard back from the company. I am going to have to return the part and re order, causing me to have to pay for shipping. My original order was over $100 and no free shipping was offered.

Scammers !!!!!!
