Piece Fit! But Shipping was costly -- Probably will use Amazon in the future
ChatGPT brought me to your site and also to one on Amazon (I am a Prime Member). I decided to go straight to you and used the Chat feature to validate the fitting works for both left or right (you should specify that on the site ... that it is universal as neither myself nor ChatGPT could figure it out). I tried to order through Chat as I had never done and I thought it told me I got free shipping, but I think it was for the annoying cross sale for water filters ... it was confusing. The part did fit and work!! But it was shipped 5 days after the estimated due date and I was charged $14.99 whereas Amazon would have been free. I'd use guys directly again with free shipping, but I can't justify it since I can get it shipped for free and at a lower price from Amazon.
