I WILL BE FILING A CHARGEBACK DISPUTE TODAY!! I called today and once again another lie! I order (2) parts water Valve and control panel for my Maytag washer. Order confirmation stated order scheduled for delivery June 18, 2024. This date came and went. The next day I get a tiny box stating (1) part water valve BUT Searspartsdirect order confirmation page stated (2) parts shipped and delivered!!! I called customer service and advise ONLY One Part Arrived and PER Their Own shipping Label (1) part water Valve was shipped in this TINY box. The Maytag Control panel couldn’t fit in this tiny box but why would they lie claiming they shipped with the water valve?! A bunch of LIARS AND SCAMMERS. Customer Service is HORRIBLE! They tell you anything MEANWHILE your part is on BACKORDER while you are waiting for it to arrive to your home. I wish I could upload pictures to show this company’s deceit!!

Avoid this part supplier at all cost. They take your order, take your money, then don't ship the product. Then it is almost impossible to get a refund/credit. Phone system is terrible too. It's almost impossible to reach a person to resolve your issue. In my case, they showed the part as being in stock even though they knew it wasn't in stock. Then when questioned on missing the promised delivery date they admitted to having to order the part from the manufacturer. The manufacturer had discontinued the part so they were never going to be able to ship it. I had to contact them several times to get them to cancel the order and issue a credit. Five weeks later and I'm still waiting to receive the credit.

"Computer security issues". couldn't place orders. Tried 5 times. Their security and customer service people were useless.

Part not available I placed an order for the front panel of a Kenmore washer towards the end of October. I use to get notices that the part is still not available. The washer was in great shape until the failure of the panel. I worked 42 yrs in management at Sears and it sickens me to see what has happened to this iconic retailer.

Order a part for Jenn Air range on 5/20/24 with a PROMISED delivery of 5/26/24 because it was in STOCK. ALL LIES!!!!!!! The part was NEVER in stock and is on backorder, another story, until maybe the end of 2024. It is very difficult to talk to anyone and almost as difficult to get a refund. A refund did appear today, after multiple calls. Seriously, NEVER do business with this company again!!

I am very disappointed by the service I received from Sears Parts Direct. I placed an order in January and it has taken 4 months to only get a partial refund. I spoke with Customer Service several times and each time was told that the refund(s) would be credited back to my account shortly but nothing happened. I received an email about the first refund but that amount to this day has not been posted to my account. And 2 other refund amounts just showed up in my account as credits without any correspondence. I will never understand why I did not receive my refund all at once. I thought about calling again about the remaining balance that is due me but feel it's a moot point after last weeks conversation with Customer Service. Just glad I got the majority of my money back and knowing that I will never do business with Sears in any capacity again.

I ordered a replacement bag for a lawn mower. The part showed in stock and was ready to ship on May 6th. After 2 weeks of waiting for the bag to ship, my wife contacted their customer service department to get some answers. She was told they would check on it and get back to us. She received a text reading the order was still processing. I contacted their customer service department a week later looking for answers. I live chatted with a rep named Lillian. She assured me she would resolve this problem and we would receive an answer soon. A week later (almost a month after ordering an item that was "in stock") no answers from Sears and my order shows in stock but also backordered (how can this be?) I am now reading reviews of Sears Parts Direct and the company appears to be a scam. They list an item as being in stock, you order the item, they take your money and your order sits in limbo forever. When you ask for a refund they deny it claiming the order is still processing and they can't override it. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. After reading other reviews, this appears to be my only recourse. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total scam. Sent defective part but couldn't contact anyone to return it. Filed complaint with my Discover Card. They ruled in my favor and fully refunded my purchase.
