Overall Overview of the Service
Brave provides an exceedingly robust and quick search routine: sure, they don't have the little bells and whistles big brother google has, but its also not giving you ads ever so I can't complain...but I can certainly complain about their AI assistant: simply put, if its something that matters, don't trust this little miscreant as far as you can throw them: they highball situations to their extreme without ever considering realistic issues or worries in a meaningful capacity and effectively will waste your time by feeling like a toddler has taken the wheel of your query. The solution? Use an actually functional AI instead or help me forward my laundry list of suggestions to the Brave support team to fix their problem child (or neuter it, whichever works.) but thanks for reading the review, have a great day! TL;DR, its fast, clean, compact and has a parasitically detrimental AI attached to it you can thankfully disable or ignore, but its existence is what makes it 4/5 in terms of service.
