Received a non-functional item, the seller has been stunningly rude and inconsiderate. States that there will be a 25% restocking, but it DOESN"T WORK! So it's my fault you send me something that doesn't work? Great customer service. Unbelievable. I'm now $539.95 out with a non-functional item. Thanks, SeaPort! I appreciate wasting my time and money while not being reasonable at all!

They cancelled my ordered about a week later. Issued a refund. But I just lost 1 week. Could have just ordered the router on Amazon and received it in 2 days. They never gave any reasons to why they cancelled my order.
