I want to share my experience with Sealight LED headlights, which isn't good. The headlights and bright package with the built in fan is not a good purchase, especially given the price. For $180 I bought these lights, and after installation the brightness and clarity was increadible. Shortly after installation though, the headlights start flickering, and it is noticeable while driving. In less than 1-year both headlights have now burnt out, and I had my friend who is a professionally certified mechanic install. While the lights are bright and provide greater clarity, they do not last. And the kicker is their customer service does NOT care. A LED light should last years, my OEM halogens lasted 7 years. The left headlight lasted 10 months, and now the right made it 11 months. I paid 3 times as much for these vs OEM, and nothing. The company didn't even apoligize, they simply offered a 10% discount on my next order. Why would you buy a headlight that is 3-times more expensive and last 1/7th of your original headlight. This company is raping people of their hard earned money for an inferior product, and just want you to spend more. DO NOT BUY SEALIGHT LED IF YOU CARE ABOUT LONGEVITY!

One 9006 bulb dead out of the box on both sides, the second 9006 bulb worked on each side. I call them and the Rep refused to do anything saying you have to send an email with all the details, or better just return them to Amazon.. I said if I had to guess what they needed in an email I would send them back and order another brand.. so hesitantly he finally said he would take the information they would send an email the next day with the shipping details of the bulb. I get an email the next day saying they are sending some kind of voltage device to check the vehicle. So I called again saying just one bulb was totally dead. That rep was terrible refusing to do anything including refusing to escalate the issue to the right department or her supervisor.. she went on to say no one else there has phones.. I told her to cancel it all and I would just return them to save time and get a different brand.. so the next day they send another email saying I need to send specific details on why the bulb didn't work so they could send a bulb.. I have told them over and over only one bulb was dead and the other worked fine. That Email did say I was entitled to a replacement since it was still underer warranty.. UHM I just got the bulb set and it was dead out of the box.. this companies employees just want to waste your time sending out one email per day with no results on what you asked for.. I sent the bulbs back and got a different brand that worked perfectly.. so saying my brand new vehicle has wiring power issues is a joke..

My name is Rodney Turner I ordered lights from sea light but through Amazon now the lights don't work and it's like a back and forth I talked to see light they tell me talk to Amazon I'll talk to Amazon Amazon say talk to Sea light nobody wants to take responsibility for these lights being out they're telling me to get decoders how can you put the coders on lights that don't work very unsatisfied customer and if that's how they're going to do business I can't spend my money with neither party because I feel like I'm getting the runaround

I ordered two lights for my Kia and to my surprise I got them wrong😂 I contacted them about it and their next business day. Dina helped me out and hooked me up sent me the return label and I got on with my day she was really helpful and answered pretty fast and was really nice about it I haven’t received my lights yet but they shipped them out the day I sent my lights back so I’m very grateful for the good experience 🙏🙏

I purchased a set of Headlamps from my local auto store and once I installed the lamps I noticed a constant flickering of the light. Type L2 Model H13/9008 for a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. When I contacted them they said that since I purchased them from a local auto parts dealer that they couldn't help me. Not sure what that has to do with it but after numerous E Mails I was given a Amazon link and I'm spending another $ 15 to fix what appears to be an issue with the Jeep and the lights ... if you know that why don't they supply the decoder with the product. Not sure if I would buy this product nor would I suggest it to a friend. Customer service sucks!

I ordered a set of headlights but had moved out of state. Forgot to put new my address. Customer service worked with me to try to get the lights. I was unable to get the them so Sealight replaced them at no charge. They replied to me within 24 hours each time I emailed. Customer service GREAT!! Headlights AMAZING!!

Customer Service was over the top.. Great product. CUSTOMER SERVICE .... TOP NOTCH...
