Contacted support to try and sort out an activation issue on a 2016 perpetual licence install, repeatedly had ticket closed as the client had not got a MSA even though I was simply asking for them to reset the activation status on their back end. Pointed out this was against UK law to hold the software to ransom. Avoid this company.

Many bugs with the software, now it is promoting subscription based licensing.. Lets watch how long it will take for them to get rid of perpetual licenses. Limits of how many printers I can use per week. Older versions not supported. Vendor lock-ins. The box is getting smaller, sticks are thrown and I need to pay for it?

The free product shipped with printers is so limited as to make it useless. To purchase for a single user/printer is £300. Avoid this product at all costs.
