While the product has good quality, the customer service is non existent. When I buy online I expect to have the opportunity to change size, and indeed the website claims that you can send it back and get a new size. However, after several email attempts and reaching out over Instagram - I got no reply at all. Now I have a slightly small body suit, that is pinching and not comfortable to wear. It's a shame, a bigger one would probably been great, but since they don't truly offer a chance to replace it - I will have to keep the useless suit.

I have purchased thousands of dollars of their products. I needed to return about $750 worth of items. They kept them and never returned them back to me. They did not give me a credit either. I told them I would pay for shipping the items back. NOTHING. They also would not extend a confusing date expiration for a $375 credit I received. The date was listed backwards - day/month/year NOT month/day/year. I asked for a one day extension. They refused. So, at the end of the day, I am out $1125 and have nothing to show for it. They won't answer my email either.

The wild thing fur looks and feels cheap and is falling off. I ordered 2 smalls and they fit differently and are shorter than the picture shows. The back of the vest is high on my neck up to the middle of my head. The blue vest is shaped in a triangle. I wouldn’t pay $10 for this product.

I am enthusiastic about the quality and variety of seadragon. The customer support is very helpful and courteous. They offer adjustments and changes and adapt to your wishes. I can only recommend it

Your company, Sea Dragon Studio are amazing, a Godsend Excellent designs and prompt expediting The problems, which I have encountered each time I have placed an orderl lies squarely with the delivery company drivers and delivery men who belligerently failed to alert me to the timing of the delivery and after the first deliver6 attempt, which could have been simply slid through the letterbox at my front door but instead of pressing my video doorbell, the boy about turned and ran back to the elevator with my item Sending it hurtling back to Singapore without even waiting to check if I would answer his two patheticallygentle taps By the sound of it, he may had tapped my adjacent neighbours door instead When, the following week, he returned He simply tossed my package on my doorstep without even announcing his presence,he was a full one hour and forty five minutes over his second delivery window a window I had been left on tenterhooks waiting sinc3 6AM that morning at 2;45 PM I was at the end of my tether The company Fed Ex UK are unavailable for earthly comment by human to human voice contact They show no empathy for their cipustomers Knowing full well that they are beyond the reach of their customers and refuse to takevresposibility for their frequently deliberate shortcomings The look the guy shot me as he escaped back into my top floor elevator was a look of death, like I was criminally nneglegentvforvexpecting him to fulfil his work duties with a friendly smile or anything less agressive than a snarling disrespect I will be placing further orders with Sea Dragon Studios and I am over the moon, very pleased with the look and fit of my flared jeans Bud, those animalistic trolls atcFed Exneedvto be brought into order or better still dumped They are not a trustworthy business I saw these guys on the UK news and Watchdog TV programs several years ago, they’re scammers not a reputable company I asked asked the last time we did business if something could be done, and i recall being told that there were no reputable alternatives In my experience both Royal Mail UK and “Evri” the delivery conglomerate ARE far more worthy of your trust that this Fed Ex group Thanksvforvgetting in touch I DO enjoy wearing my new.
