Bought a cooler pad, but it’s both very thin and doesn’t fit. - Update….reached out to them. They were willing to provide RMA, but don’t cover shipping, which is pretty much the cost of the mat.

I called Seadek to schedule an appointment to have somebody measure my boat so I could obtain the product with a custom fit a local dealer came out and supposedly did the measurements it’s been over two months and Seadek has no idea who I’m talking about or does not even have the measurements for my boat and I called them a third time asking if somebody could please come out and do the measurements and I still have not gotten a response from either Seadek or their third-party this is terrible customer service

I received the wrong items and was told it will be 20 weeks until the correct items will be shipped. I was not offered a refund or exchange. Waiting is my only option.

Hey Joseph, we apologize for shipping out an incorrect item. The sheet and color option you ordered have sold out so we need to produce a sheet specifically for you. This is where the extended lead time comes in. If you are interested in another option, please reach out to your warranty representative and they will be able to assist.

I bought some material from you paying full price. A couple days later, the product goes on sale. I asked for you to honor the new sale price since my product hadn't even shipped yet. Sea Dek basically told me to pound sand. Your company will only have bad words from my experience. I will never use your product again.

You don't offer 3mm embossed bulk material. I am concerned that thicker material will trip people. No stock in gray. 3mm could be reinforced by laminating to Mylar sheet.

Hi Garry, thank you for your feedback. You are correct, we do not offer the 3MM thickness for projects as we laminate these pads together to create the thicker and most common option (6MM). The 6MM thickness is about 1/4" thick and is our most popular option for interiors and platforms. Pleas reach out to us at [email protected] with any other questions we may be able to assist with.

Paid down payment. Waited a month to find out from installer that SeaDek production had stopped. Offered us Marine Mat for same cost. Going with another brand and will ask for down payment back. Very disappointed.

Hi Joseph, Could you please contact us regarding your concern. Our product is very slip resistant and we would like some more information on the issue you are experiencing. Typically the only issue we have seen when the product becoming slick is if the wrong cleaning agent is used and a residual film is left on top of the pads. Good afternoon I paid for the sample and never received it I emailed the company looking for a refund and never got a reply then I get this email obviously not a human is doing the purchasing or ordering for the individual , I would like to look at the product ? Gator step just sent me there information and there sample’s. I ordered both of the products at the same time but it looks like gator stuff is the one that is getting it done I would like a refund for the sample since it never got here. Lee Keister
