My only issue with the whole experience so far is the lead time in which it’ll take to get my kit. I understand the current environment and how that is impacting, but a means to better turnaround would be valuable. I also think you could use representation in the Midwest. Many lakes and many boats up here. Thank you for your support.

Hello Johnathan. We certainly understand your frustrations with the lead time. Still, during these unprecedented times - we can assure you that we are working hard to get orders produced and shipped out. After our 4-week shut down, we were forced to move our lead time from 4-6 weeks to 6-8 weeks just to be safe. Our sincerest apologies for this. As far as the representation in the Midwest, I will turn your suggestion over to our supervisor in charge of dealer inquiries. Perhaps this will be brought to fruition in the future? Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. We greatly appreciate you and your business! -SeaDek Customer Service
Paul O.
Very good product; dispatch of order was slow.
Response from SeaDekJul 14, 2020
Hi Paul. We apologize that the processing and/or shipment was slow. We have been experiencing some delay with processing as well as with our carriers due to Covid-19 and our 4-week shutdown. We are hoping things will go back to normal soon. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We greatly appreciate it!

Looks very good on my boat Deck, Installed DIY. Not too difficult to install. Only used boat once since installation and was happy that my aluminum deck was not hot in sun as it was before. Would recommend that the pre-installation instructions include those for painted aluminum boats.
Response from SeaDekJul 9, 2020
Hello Carl. SeaDek's closed-cell structure really helps dispel heat very quickly! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We greatly appreciate it. As far as installation goes, we have the same installation instructions for all boats and even some helpful youtube videos that walk you through the entire project. Thanks again for your business, Carl! Enjoy :)
CLIFFORD A.
Little slow on shipping took a week before product shiped.mat ordered had patterns in it which was difficult to match up because of cut waisted material trying to match pattern. Over all great product worth it.

My only complaint is that you did not have a sheet to cover my whole deck in one piece. It is 44" wide.I had to put a seem in it.
Response from SeaDekJul 2, 2020
Hello Paul. Unfortunately, the largest size of sheet material that we carry is 40" x 80". We apologize for this. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We greatly appreciate it!
