Hello Robert, Per the tracking it shows the dry-fit was delivered last month. If this is not the case please give us a call so we can work with you on getting another one sent out.

Hello Steven. We are so sorry for the confusion. Our 5mm thick stock sheets are the only thickness available to purchase by the sheet. All other thicknesses are reserved for custom orders only. The thickness of 5mm is specified under the "details" of our sheet material directly on our website here: https://www.seadek.com/brushed-sheet-material.html. Again, we apologize for the confusion. Our 5mm sheet material is very durable and many customers prefer the ease of cutting and installing it themselves. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we truly appreciate it. And if you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us - we are happy to help!

Hi Alan, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience. Per our terms and conditions orders are to ship out within 72 business hours which did occur with your order. Shipping information is sent from an auto emailer once an invoice is made and it sounds like you did receive this. We will review our processes to ensure updated information is provided and where we can improve our communication. Thank you again for your feedback, SeaDek Customer Advocate Team

Hello Michael! Oh no, we are sorry to hear that. We reviewed your order and it looks like you did order 3 sheets of the cool grey. If the sheets were unused, we could certainly do an exchange for the correct color. However, if they are already installed the pads are not exchangeable. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate you and your business. Whenever you are ready to place your next order, give us a call at 321-632-4466 and we will ensure you place the order for the correct color. In the meantime, we will send you some Dek Magic samples to help with those footprints!
