Purchased a helm mat for my cc. Installed without any problems. Within a minute it became filthy dirty with regular foot traffic and since that moment I have not been able to clean it. I even purchased some very expensive spray directly from Seadek which is specifically made to clean the mat. It is useless. I am very disappointed with this product. I am going to remove it from the boat because it can not be cleaned

The piece delivered is the wrong size. Fortunately it's larger than described, so I'm going to figure out how to cut it, but I expected it to be the size advertised on the website, I mean, that's kind of a critical part of the description. When I emailed SeaDek they said to cut it. Not the end of the world, but below expectations.

The material looks durable and looks great installed, but it immediately shows every foot print which seems to smear all over the surface. Looks aweful. Very difficult to clean up and then immediately dirty looking again as soon as it’s walked on. Big mistake installing this material !!!!

Hi Frank, thank you for also sending us this information via email. We will work together to find a resolution. The lighter colors do show the dirt and debris faster, but when you clean the boat, the dirt should wash away as well.

I love the product but disappointed that I paid $186 a sheet and now it’s only $79. I’m short 3-4 rolls to complete my project. Had I known the price would drop I would had waited to buy 8 rolls.

The samples received are so small and the samples were glued to the envelope. There was no literature, no information about installation no recommendation for a local installer. The color swatches added no value while trying to determine quality look with seem color etc. compared to other vendors sample packages the experience was terrible.

I live in Dallas, TX and am interested in getting your product installed in my boat. I went to your website and found what I thought was an installer here in the area, but no. Turns out he's out of business or no longer installs for some reason. It took a couple of attempts to Customer Service to finally get a straight answer that you don't have anyone in North Texas. Aside from your web site that is not updated, you really need to cultivate more relationships with installers. Not sure how you intend to grow your business.
