I never got the sample, I dont know if it was the post office or covid but it never came and the tracking is gone

I'm still waiting for a response from you guys regarding a warranty issue for something 2 months old. Nothing from you guys. I love the product but think it's better for me to cut my losses and find another brand of flooring.

Horrible. Nobody ever called or contacted me for an estimate. I guess you’re, I assume, commissioned sales reps are rolling in the dough and don’t have time to write any new business... I’m just glad they work for you and not me. I’m not waiting any longer. Will be contacting your competition unless someone steps up pretty quick.

I asked for samples half the sample seem to have been deteriorated and had some kind of sticky cover on them I would love to order some but not sure if it’s worth the money I reached out but never got a callback

The marker in the template package you sold me was dried up and would not write. I drive 30 minutes to our marina and got all set up only to find the marker did not work.
