I purchased 3 of these units for my 2 boats. From the very first email Howie set up a video call to discuss my needs and help with technical questions which resulted in me also buying remote touch screen control. When the units arrived they were really well packed. The directions were great and the install was straight forward. I did have some trouble during the hottest month but Howie was able to solve it very quick. The units have been cooling for 3 months with great success and now we have switched to heat which is fantastic. I can say they are passionate about their product and are constantly seeking to improve it.

I chose the SeaAir DC Air-conditioner, since it is the only one I could find, which allows to limit the number of Amp-hours of battery charge being consumed and at the same time functions as a dehumidifier to control humidity levels vs. temperature alone. After multiple phone conversations with Howie and John at SeaAir, all technical questions about mode of operation and installation (did that myself) were competently answered and resolved. System is installed and running flawlessly for about 9 months now on a 42' sailboat (forward cabin only, powered by a LiFePO4 battery bank; saloon and aft cabin are cooled/heated by a shore-powered Dometic Air-conditioner). I would recommend this SeaAir Air-conditioner and would install again.

These guys definitely know their HVAC! Not just that, they care enough to support their product and their customers. Great product from guys that are using them on their own boat. Nice to find a marine company that actually know what cruisers want, because their in the same boat 😁

I reached out to the company directly and spoke to the owner, he was super knowledgeable and I purchased it over the phone that day. The unit shipped immediately and I had it in hand within 2 days from Florida. During install he answered my phone calls and was able to explain and resolve all my issues.
